You will be placed in a closed private Facebook group with everyone in your beginners course! There, Abs Marie will keep you up to date with everything you have learned and support you every other day of your hoop journey, all in a community of new hooping friends so you can learn and grow together!
In your second week, you will be placed in an even bigger hoop circle private facebook group! This one is called "Hoops of a Feather Tribe" This is YOUR LOCAL HOOPING TRIBE and everyone in it has been to at least one of Abs Marie's hoop classes and loves to hoop it up in the community!
This is where it really gets fun, because once you learn the basics, there are no limits to your hoop exploration!!
We don't like to "level" ourselves beginners or advanced, because hooping doesn't have labels... we are all on our own hoop journey, and on a journey together, where we can share, learn, grow, praise each other, encourage each other, and flow together!!

Abs Marie will also have hoops for sale and displays showing you how to CUSTOM DESIGN AND ORDER your own hoop ;)
It’s best to come to the first class before ordering so that you can learn all about the importance of, and uses of different hoop sizes, and you can see all of the design and color options before you order!

No refunds-If you have to miss more than one class, don't worry! Life happens! I always make sure I give everyone an opportunity to get what they pay for ;) I will either schedule a make up class at the end, or you'll receive a free class pass to join in on another class of your choice.
